I meet every pet before anything is confirmed. For overnight stays, a 60-minute meet & greet visit is included: you show me around, your fur baby sizes me up, and nothing is final until we've met. For walks and check-ins, the meet & greet simply rides along with your first visit.
Pick your service and your dates on the live calendar at Book. Nothing is charged to request.
Usually within a few hours, with a secure invoice by email. Overnights: a 50% deposit that locks your dates the moment it's paid. Visits: the full amount, and you're booked.
Overnights: your included meet & greet visit, where the balance is settled. If either of us feels it's not a fit, your deposit comes straight back and you owe nothing. Walks: we say hi at your first visit.
Photo updates every visit, a very happy fur baby, and a home exactly as you left it. Maybe tidier.
